77JL conditions and terms for account holders

The 77JL terms and conditions cover the rules every account follows and the conditions that recur across bonus terms. Two of them reach every bonus on the account: changing your bank card details before a first withdrawal voids every bonus and benefit, and an account that duplicates another account forfeits all rewards and profits.

Accounts open at 18, and the law where you live still applies

You can hold an account from age 18, the age printed in the site footer beside the notice that 77JL is not responsible for a breach of local law. That notice leaves the duty with you: you answer for compliance with the law where you live, so confirm what your local law allows before you deposit.

What the 77JL terms and conditions cost when you break one

Each row sets a condition of the 77JL conditions and terms against the response that follows and the step that prevents the response. A condition that belongs to a single bonus stays in that bonus’s own terms.

ConditionResponseWhat you do
You change the bound bank card, the card you linked to your account, before your first withdrawalYou lose every bonus and benefit on the accountLeave the bound card unchanged until after the first withdrawal
The name on your member account differs from the name on the bound bank account or e-walletYour withdrawal fails; where a bonus is involved, you lose the bonus and the bonus profit, and your principal, your own deposit, comes back to youBind only accounts registered in your own name
Another account uses the same IP address, phone number, name or bank card as yoursYou forfeit all rewards and profitsUse a phone number, name and bank card that no other account uses

Rows one and two both turn on the bank details bound to the account: the card must stay unchanged, and the name on the account must match yours. As an example, if you deposit ₱500 and a bonus adds ₱100, a name mismatch at withdrawal removes the ₱100 and the profit the bonus earned, and returns your ₱500.

77JL terms violations involving bank card changes, name mismatches, and duplicate accounts.
Three account violations that can cause bonus and profit forfeiture.

Which identifiers make two accounts duplicates

Under the 77JL rules, two accounts count as duplicates when they share an IP address, phone number, name or bank card. The app download bonus adds a fifth identifier, the device: a shared IP or an identical device forfeits that bonus.

Every device on a shared connection carries one public IP address, and the IP condition compares that address across accounts. Members who share a connection with another member should ask customer service how the IP condition applies before claiming any bonus.

Where referral commission goes, and what costs an agent the rewards

Members who invite others earn commission as agents, and the commission goes into each agent’s own member account. The permitted channels for promotion are Facebook, YouTube, Telegram, Skype, Instagram, Messenger, Viber and WhatsApp.

Affiliate terms repeat two of the 77JL conditions and terms above and add one:

  • An agent who duplicates a phone number, IP address, name or bank card loses qualification.
  • An agent who changes the bank card details before the first withdrawal voids every benefit.
  • An agent who takes part in illegal activity forfeits all bonuses and profits.

Final interpretation of every promotion stays with 77JL

77JL reserves the right to amend, supplement or end any promotion and holds the final interpretation of the terms. Customer service cannot check eligibility or the amount of a randomly distributed bonus.

Since 77JL holds final interpretation and customer service cannot check a random bonus, keep your own record of your deposits and bets.

Rules that sit here, and rules that sit in each bonus’s terms

These 77JL conditions and terms follow the account whichever bonus you take. The 77JL account terms end where a bonus’s own terms begin: the wagering requirement, the amount a bonus makes you bet before you can withdraw, and the eligible games belong there, so read them before you claim.
