Sic Bo Odds at 77JL: What Each Bet Pays and Costs on Average

What do the sic bo odds at 77JL work out to for each bet? In the Cards version they depend on the line you tap: Small, Big, Odd and Even pay 1:0.95 instead of even money, a cost of 5.21 per 100 coins staked, while the extreme sums of 4 and 17 cost 15.28. This page prices every line of the board the same way, from the game’s own payouts.

How does a round of Sic Bo run in a shared room?

Sic Bo rounds are decided by three six-sided dice, and every player in the room bets on the same roll before the countdown ends. At 77JL, the game covered here is the KINGMAKER Sic Bo in the Cards section, and its loading screen carries the KINGMIDAS name. A dealer avatar hosts the table.

Sic Bo’s board offers four groups of bets, and each group prices a different kind of outcome:

  • Small, Big, Odd and Even
  • Six tiles for a specific number, marked 2 HIT and 3 HIT, which pay when two dice or all three show that number
  • Six tiles for a single number
  • The sums from 4 to 17

Small covers the sums 4 to 10 and Big covers 11 to 17. The board has no bet on the sums 3 and 18, which can only come from triples, the rolls where all three dice show the same face: 1-1-1 and 6-6-6.

Three dice make 216 equally likely ordered results, 6 times 6 times 6. Every bet on the board picks out some of those results, so the sic bo odds differ only in how many results a bet covers and what the paytable, the table of payouts the Sic Bo rules screen prints, returns for them.

Four rooms, each with its own limit band and per-bet cap

Four Sic Bo rooms with different total limits and per-bet caps.

At 77JL, each room sets a total range and separate caps for Small, Big, Odd and Even and for a single number, all counted in coins. The rooms run from the lowest minimum stake up, and the cap columns give the ceiling for one bet of that type.

RoomTotal limitSmall, Big, Odd, EvenSingle number
Casual15 to 202815 to 31515 to 150
Novice30 to 500030 to 78930 to 375
Expert150 to 20.31K150 to 3157150 to 1500
Exclusive300 to 50.05K300 to 7894300 to 3750

Casual sets the base at a minimum stake of 15, and Novice starts at twice that, Expert at ten times and Exclusive at twenty times. In every room, from Casual up to Exclusive, the cap on a single number sits just under half of the cap on Small, Big, Odd and Even.

Five rows are all the limit screen lists, so it states no cap for the sum bets or for the tiles marked 2 HIT and 3 HIT, and this page quotes none.

What do sic bo odds cost on each bet, per 100 coins staked?

Under these sic bo odds, every bet on the board costs something on average, from 5.21 coins per 100 staked on Small, Big, Odd and Even to 15.28 on a sum of 4 or 17. You can read cost as the Sic Bo house edge at 77JL written per 100 coins staked instead of as a percentage.

Cost is the average result across all 216 outcomes: the profit paid on winning outcomes minus the stakes lost on the rest, divided by 216. As a long-run average of the paytable, it says nothing about any single round. Read the other way, a bet that costs 5.21 per 100 returns 94.79 on average, which is the same bet written as return to player.

The odds in Sic Bo are set bet by bet, so the table sorts the bets from lowest cost up. The wins column shows how many of the 216 outcomes pay each bet, which is what the Sic Bo payout multiple is pricing.

BetPaysWins in 216 outcomesAverage cost per 100 staked

Sum of 9 or 121:6.52513.19
Sum of 5 or 161:30613.89
Sum of 4 or 171:60315.28

A payout of 1:0.95 means a winning 100 stake returns 95 in profit, and 1:60 means 6,000. That 1:60 paid for the extreme sums looks far larger than 1:0.95, but it pays in only 3 of 216 outcomes. If you stake 100 on a sum of 4, you earn 6,000 in profit on each of those 3 outcomes and lose 100 on each of the other 213, which averages to a loss of 15.28 per round.

Small averages 5.21 because it pays in nearly half of all outcomes, which keeps that line close to even money.

You can split the cost behind the odds of Sic Bo on each line into two parts: the gap between the break-even payout and the posted payout, scaled by how frequently the bet wins.

Two sums show the split. A sum of 10 or 11 needs 1:7 to break even and pays 1:6, while a sum of 7 or 14 needs about 1:13.4 and pays 1:12, so the rarer sum costs less.

Two readings sit behind the odds in Sic Bo shown in the table. The note “Except 3 of a kind” appears only on the box for Small, Big, Odd and Even, so the table counts a triple as a winning sum on the sum bets, and the rows for sums 6 or 15 and 9 or 12 depend on that.

Second, the 2 HIT and 3 HIT tile counts as losing when only one die shows its number, because the board prints no payout for one hit.

Every value on the rules screen is marked as illustration except the paytable, so the table above draws on paytable figures only.

You might read a 1:100 payout on three matching dice as generous, yet that tile pays in only 16 of 216 outcomes, about 7 rounds in 100, and costs 11.57 per 100 staked, more than twice the cost of Small.

Choosing a line in the odds of Sic Bo at 77JL is choosing a cost: over ten rounds of 100 coins, Small, Big, Odd and Even cost about 52 coins on average and a sum of 4 or 17 about 153, and that extra cost of about 100 coins buys a 1 in 72 chance per round of a 6,000 profit.

Two cuts behind the 5.21 cost on Small, Big, Odd and Even

The odds of Sic Bo for Small, Big, Odd and Even at 77JL carry two separate cuts: a triple removes the bet from the winning side, and the payout itself is 0.95 instead of 1. Small wins on totals from 4 to 10, and two triples fall inside that range, 2-2-2 for 6 and 3-3-3 for 9. Big loses 4-4-4 and 5-5-5 the same way, Odd loses three triples and Even loses three, so each of the four bets wins in 105 of 216 outcomes.

At 1:1 on 105 winning outcomes, the odds in Sic Bo would already cost 2.78 per 100, since 111 outcomes lose. The 0.95 payout then removes 5 coins from each of the 105 winning outcomes, which is worth 2.43 per 100.

Spread across all 216 outcomes, a 100 stake on Small wins 95 on 105 of them, 9,975 in total, and loses 100 on 111, 11,100 in total, a net loss of 1,125 or 5.21 per round. Triples therefore account for 2.78 of the 5.21 in these odds of Sic Bo, and the 0.95 line for the other 2.43.

What the paytable leaves out: the rebate and the bonus feature

Two things sit outside the sic bo odds at 77JL: a rebate that returns a share of every valid bet, and a bonus feature that can double a winning payout. Valid bet is the amount 77JL counts toward rebates, VIP levels and bonus conditions.

In the Cards column of the rebate table the rate starts at 0.5% and rises at higher tiers, and 77JL credits it within one minute whether the bet wins or loses. If a whole 100 stake counts as a valid bet, 0.5 comes back and the cost of Small falls from 5.21 to 4.71, so the odds of Sic Bo on that line improve by half a coin per 100.

Another mechanism appears on the rules screen: bonus symbols are given randomly across the board, and if any lands on a winning bet, you get double the payout. That screen states no landing rate for the symbols.

Doubling can only add to a win, so the costs in the table are the costs without the feature, and the landing rate decides how far the real cost sits below them.

For scale, reading “double the payout” as doubling the profit on the bet, doubling about one winning round in nine would cancel Small’s whole 5.21.

Of the two, the rebate is the only offset in the odds of Sic Bo that you can put a number on: 77JL takes 0.5 off every 100 of valid bet at the starting rate, while the bonus feature stays unpriced until the screen states how often the symbols land.

Can the 60-round panel say anything about the next roll?

No: the panel under the table counts what the last 60 rounds produced, and none of it changes the odds in Sic Bo for the next three dice. For each recent round it lists the sum, whether it was Small or Big, and the three faces. Above that it shows the share of each die face and the shares of Small, Big, Odd and Even across the window.

Every roll draws from the same 216 outcomes, so the odds of Sic Bo start fresh each round, whatever came before. A 60-round window holds 180 dice, so each face is expected about one time in six, or 16.7%, and a share anywhere from roughly 11% to 22% sits within two standard deviations of that.

Any tool that claims to read the panel works from the same 180 dice you can see and has no information about the next three. Because those percentages describe dice already thrown, while the next roll comes from the full set of 216 outcomes, a face shown at a low share is not owed a catch-up and a face shown at a high share has not used anything up.

FAQ

Each answer below stays within what the game screens and the bonus terms state.

Is the Cards Sic Bo the same as the Live Casino tables?

No. 77JL lists the KINGMAKER game in Cards, played in rooms with a dealer avatar and coin stakes, while Live Casino lists its own Sic Bo tables under the Sicbo filter, on their own screens and paytables.

Check the paytable inside whichever game you open, because the odds of Sic Bo printed on this page apply to the Cards version only.

Do bonus wagering requirements count Sic Bo bets?

Among the bonuses whose terms name eligible games, none names Cards: the lists read Slot, Fish or Slots. A wagering requirement is the amount you must bet before bonus funds can be withdrawn, and a member who deposits to play Sic Bo can choose “Do Not Participate In Any Promotions” in the cashier, which attaches none.

Daily Deposit 20% terms also forfeit the whole bonus when it is used on non-electronic games, so ask 77JL live chat before pairing that bonus with Cards.

Can I bet on several areas in the same round?

Yes. The board accepts chips on several areas at once, and the odds in Sic Bo apply to each bet on its own line. A stake of 100 on Small and 100 on a sum of 4 carries two separate costs, 5.21 and 15.28, and one bet winning does not change what the other costs.

What happens if a round is interrupted by a malfunction?

According to the rules screen, a malfunction voids all wins and plays. That rule covers every bet in the interrupted round. Each table shows a Round ID, which you can give to 77JL support when you ask about a specific round.

The cost of a Sic Bo bet sits in the paytable, not the dice

At 77JL, the three dice give every outcome in the Cards version the same 1 in 216 chance, so what separates a 5.21 bet from a 15.28 bet is the line you tap and the payout printed on it. A lower cost per 100 describes the long run, not the next round, which makes the paytable inside the game the place to check before you stake, and the sic bo odds printed there the figures that apply.
